Squash - Red Kuri

Lovely chestnut like flavor which can be taken in either a sweet or savory direction. We love these squash! They are perfect for roasting, soup making, pumpkin curries, and even pumpkin pies! These also make fantastic gnocchi. 

Each squash is roughly 5 lbs, so pricing is $2.00 per lb.
