The Red Gem marigolds have slightly smaller flowers than the other 2 varieties we grow. Their color ranges from a dark burnt orange to a deeper, more mauve, red color. Similar flavor to the other varieties... lots of citrus peel notes and that classic marigold smell/flavor. Holds up great, perfect for topping deserts, salads, or charcuterie boards.
Container holds roughly 50 flowers.
