Earthy, bright, and packed with sweetness. We sell our beets with the tops still attached whenever possible. This year we grew a rainbow of beets including the following varieties:

  • Badger Flame - Orange, very sweet.
  • Boro - Classic, deep red.
  • Chiogga - White and red bullseye, sweet, deep flavor.

Size Notes

Bunches contain 3-4 beets each weighing about a ⅓ lb.
